I hadn't really considered that before," says the older man, visibly touched. He is responding to the story he has just heard from a young man. They have just been talking as a pair as part of a dialogue with eight other strangers from different parts of the Netherlands. It is March 2021 and the topic is: 'How have you experienced the covid-19 pandemic so far? And: what do you think will need to be restored once the crisis is over, and what should we keep from this whole situation?'

How can people in Organisational and Leadership Development do more to stand up for the Earth? OD for Life is a movement to connect practitioners from across Organisational and Leadership Development to help shape new narratives of progress characterized by care for all people and life on our planet.

The September issue of our International #appreciativeinquiry Journal is out. The topic of this AI Practitioner Journal is: Developing Appreciative Teams. Our guest editors Ignacio Pavez and Federico Varona have brought together a great team of authors who share their perspectives and stories about creating thriving teams. Especially remarkable is that this is a bilingual issue in which all theme-related articles are both available in Spanish and in English.

The AI Practitioner May "Open Issue" highlights voices new and old, with topics ranging from social justice to AI for post-pandemic recovery. To shine a light on these inspiring stories, we are hosting contributing authors to the May AIP issue in our upcoming FREE webinar on Thursday, June 3, 2021, at 11am ET.

The May issue of AI Practitioner, The International Journal of Appreciative Inquiry, is out. It is an 'open issue' and it reflects how our field of practice and theory is continuously growing and bringing forth new stories.

People around the world have many reasons to be frightened in these times: the ongoing pandemic, climate change, racism on the rise… And yet living in fear is dangerous – people retreat from the world into bubbles of isolation in which the fear is stirred up even more.
